The tradition reminded people of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and it had support and revitalization programs between ministries. The traditional market played an important role at the people's consumption lives, and it could be threatening factor of existence of distribution environment because of great change of distribution environment at home and abroad. Production and consumption of the liquor increased remarkably owing to higher income and more population by economic development 20 to 30 years ago. Traditional liquor business could not be developed by monopoly of some of large-scaled liquor businesses that were systematically protected. The traditional liquor having low alcohol content was recently loved by young people who looked for healthy life together with wellbeing and LOHAS fever, and the Government supported traditional liquor continuously to give traditional liquor manufacturer energy and to let consumers make change of ideas. In 1997-1998 Asian Financial Crisis, the Government greatly reformed social welfare system to provide low income and vulnerable groups with opportunity for living lives worthy of human dignity, so that social enterprise was given attention to cope with the problems. The purpose of the study was to adopt traditional liquor of product contents at traditional market in order to revitalize the market and to let consumers think of traditional liquor. The study examined the government's supporting policy by acts on the governmental supports to find out revitalization of not only traditional liquor but also traditional market by selling and sales promotion of traditional liquor that could be produced by local employment of social enterprises.
