지식 경제 발전에 따른 근로자의 산업안전보건 분야에서의 문제점

국문 초록

지식경제의 발전으로 인해 복잡한 지식을 기반으로 하는 직무요구가 증대됨에 따라 발생하는 스트레스 관련 질병과 완화요인에 대해 연구하였다. 연구에 사용된 자료는 제3차 근로환경조사 자료이며 지식근로자와 일반근로자의 스트레스 관련 질병을 증가시키는 요인과 감소시키는 요인에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과 지식근로자의 일자리 질은 일반근로자에 비해 양호하지만 스트레스 관련 질환을 많이 호소하고 있었다. 이에 대한 위험요인으로 알려진 ‘일자리의 단조로움’, ‘복잡성’과 완화요인으로 알려진 ‘자율성 및 직무통제’, ‘지지와 승진의 기회’ 모두 회귀모형을 통한 분석결과 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있었지만 기술과 재능의 활용 지표의 경우는 유의적 영향력이 없었다. 따라서 이들 지표를 이용한 프로그램 개발과 조직에서 관행적으로 이루어졌던 스트레스 유발상황을 제거해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study did research on stress-related disease arising from the increase in job requirement based on complicated knowledge due to knowledge economy development and its mitigation factors. This study used the 3rd Korean working conditions survey data for this research, and analyzed the increasing and decreasing factors in stress-related diseases of a knowledge worker and general worker, respectively. As a result of analysis, it was found that the job quality of a knowledge worker is better than that of a general worker, but knowledge workers were complaining of stress-related diseases much. This study analyzed monotony of job complicatedness which are known as risk factors in the disease, and autonomy & job control , support and opportunity for promotion which are known as mitigation factors through regression model; as a result, it was found that these factors had a significant influence on diseases, but the indicator of technology and talent utilization didn t have a significant influence. Accordingly, both program development using this indicator, and stress-induced situation, which has been done conventionally in an organization, should be eradicated.
