국문 초록

본 연구는 부산지역 의료관광산업을 신성장 동력산업으로 육성하기 위해 의료관광 분야 주요 전략 업종을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 현재 부산지역 적합성과 미래성장성을 동시에 평가함으로써 계층간 그리고 계층내 항목간의 중요도에 따른 상대적 비교를 수행하였다. 우선순위를 도출하여 경쟁력을 분석하기 위해 계층분석과정(AHP: analytic hierarchy process)이라고 하는 의사결정모형을 사용하였으며 전문가 집단에 대한 신뢰성 검증 결과 C.R.값이 0.1이하로 일관성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. AHP 분석 결과 의료관광산업은 기본적으로 경제성 확보가 가장 중요한 항목으로 평가되었으므로 경제성 확보를 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 전문가 그룹별로 살펴보면 관광산업관련 전문가의 경우 지역적합성을 가장 중요시하게 판단하고 있으나, 의료관련 전문가는 경제성을 가장 중요하게 판단하고 있는 것으로 나타나 상이한 평가결과를 보였다.

영문 초록

The object of this study is to objectively analyze and present bases about the derivation of the main strategic types in health tourism industry in Busan. AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method, relatively comparing classes and items in the each class and then deducing priority by evaluating suitability and potential growth in Busan at the same time, was conjugated for this object. The computation of weight value based on evaluation items was in the form of a relative evaluation through pairwise comparison, and very high consistency was shown under 0.1 C.R. as a result of verifying reliability. According to the results, since an economical guarantee was estimated as the most important item in the health tourism industry, it seemed that continual efforts are required. Though regional suitability was found to be a key experts in the field related with tourism industry because the importance of the items was thought differently depending on each class category considering every specialist group, dissimilar evaluation results were produced as economics was valued highest by experts in the field medically related.
