남자볼링선수의 5스텝 투구동작에 관한 운동학적 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 볼링투구동작의 일반적 패턴을 파악하여 볼링지도의 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 실시되었으며 남자볼링선수 6명 대상으로 6대의 비디오카메라를 이용하여 30f/s로 촬영하였고, Kwon3D motion analysis를 통하여 경사각과 신체중심 이동범위 등 운동학적 요인을 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS ver12.0을 이용하여 모든 결과는 평균과 표준편차로 제시하고 변인의 차이분석은 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 관상 면에서의 Straight, Hook, Power 시 골반과 몸통의 경사각 범위에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고 전형적 패턴은 어깨와 골반이 몸통보다 큰 변화를 나타냈다. 또한 Straight, Hook, Power 시 신체중심의 좌우ㆍ상하 이동범위에서도 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고 전형적 패턴에서는 상하가 좌우의 움직임보다 크게 나타나는 경향을 보였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is provide the basic data of good general pattern as a result of analyzing kinematical factors of three throwing motions in five steps phase. This study was conducted six professional bowlers in B city and their pictures taken with six video cameras in 30 f/s and analyzed(Kwon 3D motion analysis). All data were presented with mean and standard deviation and analyzed difference of values by ANCOVA(SPSS VER. 12.0). The results are as follows. For coronal plane, the angle range of pelvis, and trunk of the body respectively with straight, hook, power of throwing motions were show significant differences. For the typical pattern of shoulder, pelvis, and trunk of the body with straight, hook, power of throwing motions, of movement angles of shoulder, pelvis of the body tended to show bigger change than that of trunk of the body. The movement ranges left and right, up and down of the center of gravity with straight, hook, power of throwing motions was show significant differences. But for the typical pattern of movement ranges left and right, up and down of the center of gravity with straight, hook, power of throwing motions, up and down movement of the center of gravity tended to show bigger than left and right movement of the center of gravity.
