국문 초록

이 연구는 해양스포츠 각종 전진기지(마리나ㆍ보트계류장ㆍ다기능어항) 이용객의 시설(기본ㆍ편의ㆍ문화교류ㆍ기타 위락)이용만족도가 재방문의도와 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 전진기지를 이용하고 있는 이용객 306명을 대상으로 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 ①이용기간별 심리적 만족과 시설만족에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 6개월 미만이 가장 높았다. ②주당이용빈도별 시설만족과 재방문의도에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 주 3회가 가장 높았다. 이를 토대로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 시설이용만족도가 재방문의도와 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 심리적 만족과 시설만족이 모두 재방문의도와 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to research the degree to which the presence of advanced marine facilities has an effect on the intention of visitors to return or to popularize the facilities by word of mouth. This paper has analyzed the responses of 306 facility users using one-way ANOVA process. Results were as follows. ① There is a correlation between a user’s emotional response to a facility and their degree of satisfaction, and this will be manifested to the greatest degree after six months. ② Visiting numbers per week also correlate with user satisfaction levels regarding the facility and users visit the facility twice or three times per week on average. Therefore, this paper has found on the basis of this research that a user’s emotional response to a facility as well as their degree of satisfaction are both important factors in determining their intention to return or to popularize the facilities by word of mouth.
