성매개감염병에 대한 건강신념 도구개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 성매개감염병 예방을 위한 건강신념 중 감수성과 심각성 인식을 측정하기 위한 도구개발 및 개발된 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 국내 C시의 대학생 163명이었고 2017년 9월에 자료 수집을 하였다. 도구개발은 문헌분석 결과에 따라 1차 문항작성 후 내용타당도 검증, 전문가그룹 면담, 감염취약군 대상 심층면담 과정을 거쳐 예비조사를 실시한 후 성매개감염병에 대한 감수성 10문항, 심각성인식 10문항으로 개발하였다. 도구검증은 문항분석을 위해 요인분석과 신뢰도검증을 이용하였고, 요인분석의 공통성 초기추정값으로 다중상관계수의 제곱, 인자패턴행렬 추정은 반복적 주축인자법, 초기인자패턴행렬 회전방법은 직교회전방법을 이용하였다. 도구의 신뢰도 검증은 SAS 9.4를 활용하여 Cronbach 알파 값을 산출하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생의 성매개감염병 예방을 위한 건강신념 측정도구는 감수성 6문항, 심각성인식 9문항 총 15문항으로 구성되었다. 본 측정도구를 국내 대학생들의 성매개감염병 예방교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 건강신념 측정도구로 사용하기를 제안한다.

영문 초록

The objective of this research is to verify the validity and reliability of the perceived susceptibility and seriousness in health belief model for prevention of STD. Participants were recruited from university students in Korea during September 4-16, 2017 and the data were collected from 163 students. In the development of the tool, the contents of the questionnaire were first analyzed and the validity of the contents was verified. Through the group-interviews of the experts and close-interviews of the vulnerable group, the preliminary questionnaire were developed with 10 items of the susceptibility, 10 items of severity recognition. For the verification of questionnaire of susceptibility and severity recognition as tools, the factor analysis and reliability verification were carried out. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient analysis was used and the statistical analysis used the SAS 9.4. In conclusion, susceptibility and severity recognition in health belief model for the prevention of STD in college students were consisted of 6 items of susceptibility, 9 items of perceived seriousness, totaling of 15 items. The tool developed in this research is proposed to be used as a measuring tool of the perceived susceptibility and seriousness in health belief model for the preventive educational programs for college students.
