학생, 부모, 교사가 보고한 초기 청소년 ADHD 증상의 요인 구조 모형에 관한 탐색 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초기 청소년의 ADHD 증상을 가장 잘 설명하는 요인 구조 모형을 확인하기 위해 ADHD 증상에 대해 서로 다른 임상적 함의를 지닌 것으로 알려진 대안적 모형들(1차 요인 2요인 모형, 1차 요인 3요인 모형, 2차 요인 모형, bifactor 2특수요인 모형, bifactor 3특수요인 모형)의 적합도를 비교하였다. 초등학교 고학년과 중학교 1, 2, 3학년 학생 1,959명의 ADHD의 18개 증상에 대해 본인, 부모, 교사가 보고한 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 확인적 요인분석을 통한 모형 비교 결과, 청소년 본인, 부모 교사 모두의 자료에서 bifactor 모형(본인과 부모는 3특수요인 모형, 교사는 2특수요인 모형)이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본인, 부모, 교사 모두의 자료에서 일반요인은 ADHD 증상의 변량 대부분을 설명하였고, 일반요인을 통제하였을 때 주의력 결핍 특수요인은 약간의 설명량이 남아 있었으며 과잉행동과 충동성 특수요인(교사의 경우 과잉행동/충동성 특수요인)의 설명량은 매우 적었다. Bifactor 모형에 대한 연령(초등학생과 중학생) 집단 간의 측정동일성과 성별에 따른 측정동일성이 확인되었고, 측정동일성 결과에 따라 각 요인들의 잠재평균을 비교하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과의 함의와 제한점을 논의와 결론에서 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of current study is to investigate the suitability of alternative models (first order 2 factor model, first order 3 factor model, second order model, bifactor 2 specific factor model, bifactor 3 specific factor model), which models assume different clinical implications, for exploring the factor structure that best describes ADHD symptoms in Korean adolescents. The self, parent’s, and teacher’s ratings of ADHD symptoms of 1,959 elementary school high grades and middle school all grades students was used. In result of model comparison through confirmatory factor analysis, bifactor 3 specific factor model was the best model for self and parent, and bifactor 2 specific factor model for teacher reports. For all informants, the general (G) factor explained most of the variance of inattention symptoms, and near all of the variance of hyperactivity and impulsivity (hyperactivity/ impulsivity for teacher report) symptoms. Measurement invariance of bifactor model over sex and age (elementary school vs middle school) were identified and latent factor means comparison was conducted. Based on the results, findings, implications and limits of current study are discussed in discussion and conclusion.
