대학생의 콘돔사용 이득, 장애요인, 자기효능감 신념 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 성적으로 활발한 20대 대학생을 대상으로 성매개감염병 확산을 방지하기 위하여 건강신념 요소 중 콘돔사용의 이득, 장애요인, 자기효능감에 대한 측정도구 개발과 개발된 도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 도구개발은 문헌분석을 거쳐 1차로 문항을 작성한 후 내용타당도를 검증하고, 전문가 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 감염 취약군 대상 심층면접을 통해 콘돔사용의 이득 24문항, 콘돔사용의 장애요인 15문항, 콘돔사용 자기효능감 14문항을 예비문항으로 개발하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 9월 중 국내 C시의 대학생 163명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 도구검증은 SAS 9.4를 활용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 요인분석에서 공통성의 초기추정 값으로 다중상관계수의 제곱, 초기인자패턴행렬의 회전방법은 직교회전, 인자패턴행렬의 추정은 반복적 주축인자법을 이용하였으며, 도구의 신뢰도 검증은 Cronbach 알파 계수로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생의 성매개감염병 예방을 위한 콘돔사용 측정도구는 콘돔사용의 이득 22문항, 콘돔사용 장애요인 14문항, 콘돔사용 자기효능감 6문항 총 42문항으로 구성되었다. 본 도구가 국내 대학생들의 성매개감염병 예방교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 도구로 활용되기 바란다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the developed instrument and to measure the benefits of condom use, barriers, and self-efficacy among health belief factors to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STI). Participants were recruited from university students in Korea during September 4-16, 2017 and the data were collected from 163 students. In the development of the tool, the contents of the questionnaire were first analyzed and the validity of the contents was verified. Through the group-interviews of the experts and close-interviews of the vulnerable group, the preliminary questionnaire were developed with 24 items of the benefits, 15 items of negative factors, and 14 items of self-efficacy of the condom uses. For the verification of questionnaire of STD as tools, the factor analysis and reliability verification were carried out. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient analysis was used and the statistical analysis used the SAS 9.4. In conclusion, condom use measures for the prevention of STD in college students were consisted of 22 items of benefits, 14 items of negative factors, and 6 items of self-efficacy for condom use, totaling of 42 items. The tool developed in this research is proposed to be used as a measuring tool of the condom-use beliefs for the preventive educational programs for college students in the country.
