간호대학생의 자아탄력성과 비판적사고 성향간의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성과 비판적사고 성향간의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 파악하고 간호대학생의 비판적사고 성향을 증진시키기 위한 중재 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구방법은 서술적 상관관계 분석연구로 2017년 6월 15일부터 6월 25일까지 서울시에 거주하는 간호대학생 181명을 조사하여 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 자아탄력성 평균은 2.98점, 셀프리더십은 3.88점, 비판적사고 성향은 3.62점이었으며 비판적사고 성향은 학년, 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도에 따라 차이가 있었다. 자아탄력성, 셀프리더십, 비판적사고 성향 변수들 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었고 모형을 36.9% 설명하고 있었는데 자아탄력성과 비판적 성향사이에 셀프리더십은 완전매개효과(β=.549, p<.001)가 있었다(Sobel test: Z=6.19, p<.001). 즉 자아탄력성과 셀프리더십이 비판적 사고 성향을 강화할 수 있는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였고, 자아탄력성이 높을수록 비판적사고 성향이 높게 나타나기도 하지만 셀프리더십을 매개로 하였을 때, 자아탄력성이 비판적사고 성향에 미치는 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 전문직 간호업무에 필수적인 비판적사고 성향을 향상시키기 위해서는 셀프리더십을 증진시킬 수 있는 효율적인 자아탄력성 향상 프로그램을 개발, 적용하는 전략이 강구되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation of self-leadership in the relation between ego-resilience and critical thinking disposition in order to nursing intervention to improve the critical thinking disposition. This research was cross sectional survey design, based on 3 stepwise regression analysis and Sobel test of survey of 181 nursing students enrolling in university reside in Seoul for 2017.06.10. to 2017.06.25. The mean score for ego-resilience was 2.98, overall self leadership was 3.88 and the mean score was 3.62 for critical thinking disposition. There were significant correlations among three variables, ego-resilience, self-leadership and critical thinking disposition. According to the result, the critical thinking disposition varied by the grade, satisfaction of clinical practice and satisfaction of the nursing major, and more the variables those effect on the clinical thinking disposition which explained 36.9% of the total. Self-leadership had a complete mediating effect (β=.549, p<.001) in the relationship between ego-resilience and critical thinking disposition (Sobel test: Z=6.19, p<.001). This presents nursing intervention programs focusing on self-leadership management, and increase of ego-resilience are highly recommended to improve critical thinking disposition in nursing students.
