국문 초록

이 연구는 해양스포츠 참여자들의 참여동기가 참여 후 행동에 미치는 영향에서 몰입이 세 변수의 인과경로 사이에 놓여 어떤 영향을 주는지 그 매개 효과를 규명하여 이를 통해 실질적이고 효율적인 해양스포츠 활성화 방안에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하고 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2016년 9월에서 2017년 5월까지 해양스포츠 참여자 367명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 해양스포츠 참여자의 참여동기 중 즐거움, 기술발달, 사교가 재참여의도에 미치는 영향에서 행위적 몰입은 통계적으로 유의한 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해양스포츠 참여자의 참여동기 중 기술발달, 사교가 재참여 의도에 미치는 영향에서 인지적 몰입은 통계적으로 유의한 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해양스포츠 참여자의 참여동기 중 즐거움, 기술발달, 사교가 구전의도에 미치는 영향에서 행위적 몰입은 통계적으로 유의한 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 해양스포츠 참여자의 참여동기 중 기술발달, 사교가 구전에 미치는 영향에서 인지적 몰입은 통계적으로 유의한 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of behavior after participation in causal routes of three variables such as participation motivation in participants for marine sports. The defined effect provides basic data on the practical and efficient marine sports activation movement. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a survey of 367 members of marine sports club from September, 2016 to May, 2017, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, behavioral commitment was found to be statistically significant role of mediation in the effect on intention of re-participation in pleasure, development of technology, social intercourse among motivation of participation by members of marine sports. Second, cognitive absorption in relation of intention of re-participation in social intercourse, development of technology showed significant role. Third, behavioral commitment showed to be significant role in the effect on word of mouth intention in development of technology, social intercourse, pleasure. Fourth, cognitive absorption in relation of word of mouth intention in social intercourse, development of technology showed significant role.
