국문 초록

본 연구는 기업 인적자원개발(HRD)에서 사내강사의 역할과 강의 역량에 관한 실증적 연구를 통해서 사내강사가 기업교육에서 역할이 무엇이며, 어떤 강의 역량이 필요한지를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 사내강사 및 사내강사제도에 관한 선행연구를 활용하였으며, 연구는 기업에서 사내강사를 통한 실제 교육과 인적자원개발(HRD)에 대한 실증 연구를 바탕으로 탐색적 형태의 고찰로 이루어졌다. 또한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 기업교육 현장에서 일어나는 사내강사의 역할과 강의역량 구성요소를 연구자의 실증적 경험과 현상학적 측면에서 연구하였다. 뿐만아니라, 기업에서 사내강사의 역할과 강의에 필요한 역량이 무엇인지를 파악하고, 나아가서 강의역량 구성요소를 바탕으로 사내강사의 효과성 및 강의역량 본질에 대하여 탐색해보고자 하였다. 사내강사의 역할은 기업 조직 내에서 우수한 지적자산을 전수하기 위해 사내교육을 통해 직원인 학습자에게 현장 실무형의 전문 지식을 전이하여, 조직구성원의 직무향상과 업무성과를 높이는 역할을 한다. 또한 사내강사에 대한 효과성 및 강의역량에 영향을 미치는 중요한 4가지 주요 변인은 전문지식, 강의기술, 자세태도, 핵심역량으로 나타났다. 여기에 나타난 주요 변인의 고도화 및 숙련도를 통한 역량향상으로 강의에 대한 효과성을 높일 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study examined the role of in-house instructors in the corporate HRD and how they are capable of teaching. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a preceding study on internal instructors and in-house instructor systems was utilized, based on practical education and an empirical study on HRD through in-house instructors conducted in enterprises. Based on the theoretical background, the roles of in-house instructors and their components of lecture competence in the field of corporate education were studied from the empirical experience and phenomenology of researchers. The role of in-house instructors is to transfer expertise in field work to the learners who are employees through in-house education in order to transfer superior intellectual property within the corporate organization, thereby improving the roles and tasks of the organization members. In addition, the four major variants that affect effectiveness and lecture capabilities for in-house instructors were classified into expertise, lecture skills, attitude, and core capabilities. The efficiency of the lecture can be enhanced by the elevation of the major variants shown here and through the improvement of competence.
