국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 대학몰입, 교수-학생 상호작용, 능동적・협력적 학습 활동이 전공 수업만족도와 교양 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 차별적으로 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국교육개발원에서 제공한 교수-학습역량 진단도구(NASEL: National Assessment of Student Engagement)를 통해 2016년 5월 26일부터 2016년 6월 30일까지 수집된 D대학의 4차년도(2016년) 자료를 활용하여, 전공 수업만족도와 교양 수업만족도를 종속변인으로 하고, 종속변인에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 독립변인으로 하여 2개의 중다회귀모형을 분석하였다. 먼저 분석결과 대학생의 전공 수업 만족도와 교양 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 차별적임을 확인하였다. 즉 대학생의 전공 수업만족도에는 대학몰입, 교수-학생 상호작용, 능동적・협력적 학습활동이 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 교양 수업만족도에는 대학몰입과 교수-학생 상호작용만 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 개선 방향에 대하여 논의하였으며, 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of university students institutional commitment, professor-student interactions, and positive and collaborative learning activities on the satisfaction of major classes and liberal arts classes differentially. For the above purpose, 3rd year data of D university collected through the National Assessment of Student Engagement(NASEL) provided by the Korea Educational Development Institute were used. The results of this study are as follows. The factors that affect the satisfaction level of university students major classes and liberal arts classes are discriminatory. In other words, institutional commitment, professor-student interaction, and positive and collaborative learning activities all had positive effects on the satisfaction level of college students major classes, but only institutional commitment and professor-student interaction were found to have positive effects. Finally, based on the results of the study, the improvement directions were discussed and further studies were suggested.
