어린이집교사에 대한 예비유아교사의 은유분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 은유분석을 통해 보육교사에 대한 예비유아교사의 사고유형을 탐색하고 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경남지역에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 재학중인 예비유아교사 225명을 대상으로 선정하였고, 2017년 9월 5일부터 9월 30일까지 자료 를 수집하여 총 207부를 최종 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 체계적 은유분석을 사용하여 범주화하고 수량화하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 상위 내용유형은 역할과 자질로 분류하였으며, 하위 내용유형은 양육자, 안내자, 촉진자, 교수자, 만능인, 노동자, 감정노동자행복추구자 총 8개 유형으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들은 전통적인 보육교사의 역할과 자질에 대해 높게 인식하였으며, 특히 정의적 측면을 높게 지각하였다. 마지막으로 보육교사에 대해 예비유아교사들은 물리적․인적․심리적 환경을 다소 부정적으로 인식하였다. 따라서 예비유아교사를 위해 미래 직업에 대한 긍정적 인식전환과 정의적 차원에 초점을 둔 교사교육의 내용 및 방안 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the pre - kindergarten teacher s thinking style of child care teachers through metaphor analysis. For this purpose, 225 preschool teachers who were attending 4 - year university in Gyeongnam area were selected and from September 5, 2016 to September 30, 2016, the data were collected and a total of 207 copies were finally selected. The collected data were categorized and quantified using systematic metaphor analysis. As a result, first, the upper content type is classified into roles and qualities and the sub - content types were derived from 8 types of caregiver, guide, facilitator, instructor, all - in - one, worker. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers highly perceived the role and qualities of traditional child care teachers, especially, the positive aspect was perceived highly. Finally, pre - service early childhood teachers perceived the physical, personal and psychological environment as somewhat negative. Therefore, it is required to develop the content and methods of teacher education focusing on positive change and positive dimension for future preschool teachers.
