이 연구는 교사가 교사학습공동체에 참여하여 학습한 내용을 교육현장에서 실천하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 주목하여, 교육청의 지원을 통해 구성된 교사학습공동체에 참여한 교사들이 인식하는 자발적 참여 동기, 교사학습공동체 특성, 현업적용 도 수준을 조사하고, 이들 간의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2016학년도 A시 교육청 지원 하에 운영된 전체 18개 중학교의 ‘자유학기제 꿈․끼 학습공동체’에 참여한 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교사학습공동체 활동에서 실제 수업이나 업무에 학습한 내용을 실행하는데 있어 자발적 참여 동기는 유의한 영향이 없었으나 교사학습공동체의 특성은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교사학습공동체 특성의 하위 요인 중에서 비전․목적의 공유와 지원 환경이 현업적 용도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 교사학습공동체에서 교사들이 공동의 비전과 목표를 공유할 수 있는 환경 조성, 교사학습공동체에서 학습 내용을 실제 현장에서 실천하고 적용하는 차원에서의 효과성을 측정할 수 있는 도구에 대한 후속 연구 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Focusing on what influence teachers learning contents have on actual education field through participation of the teacher learning community, this study was carried out to investigate the level of voluntary participation motivation, characteristics of teachers learning community, and transfer of learning which are recognized by the teachers who participated in the teacher learning community supported by the education office and to clarify the relationship among them. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted by the teachers who participated in the learning communities of free semester from 18 middle schools in Sejong City. It was analyzed that the characteristics of teacher learning community had a significant effect on voluntary participation motivation in practicing learning contents in actual class or work. The sub- factors that have a significant effect on the job application among the characteristics of the teacher learning community were Sharing Vision / Purpose and Supported Environment , and Cooperative Learning did not have a significant effect. This study has significance in that it found that the characteristics of the teacher learning community, especially shared vision and environmental support, significantly effect on the transfer of learning in the teacher learning community. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to create an environment in which teachers can share the philosophy of education in order to activate the teacher learning community in the future. Future research will be needed to develop sophisticated tools that can measure the effectiveness of teacher learning community in adapting what teachers’ learn in their class.
