국문 초록

본 연구는 교육부의 “2015 문·이과 통합형 교육과정 총론 주요 사항(시안)”에 포함 된 총론의 개발 방향과 더불어 교과 교육과정의 개발 방향이 초등학교 교사들이나 각론 개발자들에게 어떻게 지각되는가를 분석하였다. 먼저, 총론의 경우에는 참여자 들에게 환영을 받는 항목과 외면당하는 항목이 확연하게 구분되었다. 즉, 창의적 체 험활동의 개선과 더불어 한자교육의 강화가 환영을 받는 항목으로 확인된 반면, 교 육과정 자율화의 강화, 학년군과 집중이수제의 발전적 유지, 핵심역량의 도입, 안전 교과의 신설, 소프트웨어 교육의 강화, 연극단원 신설 등은 외면당하는 항목으로 확 인되었다. 여기에 비하여 교과 교육과정의 개발 방향에 관해서는 다양한 의견이 있 었다. 가령, 총론과 각론의 연계와 더불어 교육내용 구성의 방향의 경우에는 기본적 으로 환영을 받으면서도 현실적으로 존중되어야 할 점이 있다고 지적되었다. 그러나 핵심역량을 교과 교육과정에 반영하는 일과 함께 성취기준을 유지하는 일에 관한해 서는 강한 반발이 있었다. 그리고 교과 교육과정의 문서체제의 경우에는 목차와 그 내용에 관한 상당한 수정이 요청되고 있었다.

영문 초록

The Ministry of Education made public the draft policy of 2015 revised national curriculum in September 2014. The purpose of this study is to analyze the draft policy from view the point of elementary school teacher and developer of national curriculum. The results are as following: First, the items which belong to general guide lines were grouped with two categories: one is accepted, another is denied by the teachers obviously. The former comprised modifying extra curriculum and intensifying Chinese characters education, and the latter was affiliated with intensifying curriculum autonomy and software education, maintaining group-grade system and intensive course system after revising, posting core competency, and establishing school subject for safety and unit for drama. Second, the item which belong to specific guide lines were evaluated in a number of different ways. For example, a teacher give a welcome for connecting between general guide lines and specific guide lines, and the principles for organizing educational contents basically, though he suggested that the ideas are applied with care by developers. But, there was negative opinions about maintaining achievement standard and reflecting core competency to school subject curriculum. Developer of national curriculum advocated that document structure and contents of school subject curriculum are also amended with teacher’s point of view. I expect the modification and complement to the draft policy on this way in the future.
