대학생의 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성의 구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 경북지역에 소재한 D대학교 1~4학년 268명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 2017년 6월 23일부터 30일까지 일주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행 하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성의 구조적 모형은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본은 사회적지지와 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 사회적지지는 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 회복탄력성 간의 관계에서 부모, 친구, 교수의 사회적 지지 변인의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들이 어려운 상황을 극복하고 변화하는 환경에 효율적으로 적응할 수 있도록 다양한 사회적지지 자원과 긍정심리자본을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 적극 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Aiming to verify the structural relations between positive psychological capital, social support, and resilience of university students, this study conducted a survey targeting 268 students(1st-4th year) of D university in Gyeongbuk region, for a week from June 23rd to June 30th 2017. The collected survey data was analyzed by using SPSS and AMOS Program, and the results of study are like below. First, the structural model of positive psychological capital, social support, and resilience was significant. The positive psychological capital had significant effects on social support and resilience while social support had significant effects on resilience. Second, on the relation between positive psychological capital and resilience, the partial mediating effects of social support by parents, friends, and professors were significant. Therefore, it would be necessary to actively review measures to secure diverse social support resources and positive psychological capital, so that university students could overcome difficult conditions and also efficiently adjust to changing environment.
