대학생의 핵심역량 특성과 창의적 인성과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 핵심역량의 특성을 분석하고 창의적 인성과의 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 설문조사 기간은 2016년 6월 7일 부터 2016년 9월 12일까지 진행 되었으며, 전국의 10개 대학의 1009명의 피험자들을 대상으로 대학생 핵심역량 검사 (박성미, 2011)와 창의적 인성 검사(하주현, 2001)를 실시하였다. 대학생 핵심역량 특성을 알아보기 위해서 성별, 학년별, 전공계열별 차이를 분석하였다. 그리고 창의적 인성의 8개 하위 특성을 독립변인으로 3가지 핵심역량을 종속변인으로 하여 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 핵심역량은 직무소통, 직무수행, 직무태도 역량으로 구분하였고 직무수행 역량에서 남자가 여자보다 높았으며, 전공계열별에 차이에서는 세 역량 모두 사범대학이 높게 나타났다. 다만, 학년별로는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 대학생 핵심역량과 창의적 인성은 유의한 정적 상관관계(r=.718)가 있었다. 창의적 인성 하위 특성 중에서 대학생의 직무 소통에는 개방성, 직무수행에는 인내집착, 직무태도에는 자기확신이 가장 강력한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 그러나 모험심과 상상은 핵심역량에서 제외되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of core competencies of university students and to investigate the relationship with creative personality. To do so, core competency inventory(Park Sung-mi, 2011) and creative personality inventory(Hah Ju-hyen, 2001) were conducted for undergraduate students according to the gender, grades, and majors. Participants were 1009 students from 10 universities across the country. In addition, multiple regression analysis was performed using 8 sub-factors of creative personality as independent variables and 3 core competencies as dependent variables. The results are as follows. First, the core competencies are classified into job communication, job performance, and job attitude. Men were higher than women in job performance. In case of major, all three competencies of the students of education department were high. However, there were no significant differences by grade. Second, there was a significant positive correlation ( r =.718) between core competencies and creative personality. Among the creative personality traits of university students, self - confidence has the strongest influence on openness, perseverance for job performance, and job attitude. However, adventure and imagination were not related to core competencies.
