유치원교사의 심리적 소진과 조직 내 인간관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원교사의 심리적 소진과 조직 내 인간관계의 일반적 경향을 알아보고, 심리적 소진이 조직 내 인간관계에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 유치원교사 204명을 대상으로 2016년 12월 20일부터 2017년 1월 15일 사이에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 기술통계량, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원교사의 심리적 소진은 행정업무에 대한 부담감이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 유치원교사의 조직 내 인간관계는 동료와의 인간관계가 상대적으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원교사들의 교권위기감, 무능감, 좌절감, 교직회의감이 높을수록 학부모와의 인간관계가 좋지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원교사의 심리적 소진이 인간관계에 미치는 영향력으로 무능감이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 교직회의감이었다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교육현장에서 경력교사의 심리적 소진을 줄이고 그에 따른 효율적인 인간관계를 통해 바람직한 교직생활을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to identify a general tendency of Burnout and a Inter-organization relationship among work experienced kindergarten teachers. Additionally, it lies to investigate how Burnout affects the Inter-organization relationship within the organization. For this purpose, 204 kindergarten teachers were surveyed from December 20, 2016 to January 15, 2017. Descriptive statistics quantity, Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis have been adopted for data analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program according to the research questions. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, Burnout appeared in the following order, administrative work pressure, a sense of crisis towards teacher s authority and skepticism about teaching. Relationships among work experienced teachers appeared to be the highest with peer groups within the organization. However, the relations with their principal of their kindergarten are relatively low. Secondly, it appears that there is a negative correlation between Burnout and relationships of work experienced teachers in kindergarten. Lastly, Burnout of experienced teachers show relative influence on human relations; inability is the highest and then skepticism about teaching follows. These results will provide a basis for work experienced teachers to reduce their Burnout in the early childhood educational field and maintain a desirable teaching career through balanced relationship.
