계획된 우연이 진로진학상담교사의 진로전환 및 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 진로진학상담교사의 진로전환 및 계획된 우연이 진로 정체감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 2016년 1월부터 2017년 2월까지 서울과 경기도, 전라도의 진로진학상담교사 148명에게 진로 전환 검사, 진로와 관련된 계획된 우연 척도, 진로정체감 검사를 실시하고 148명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 상관분석과 회기분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 진로전환의 지지 요인과 계획된 우연의 인내성은 진로진학상담교사의 진로정체감에 유의한 정적 영향을 보였으나, 계획된 우연의 호기심 요인은 진로정체감에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과에 대해 선행연구과 관련하여 논의하고 상담 및 교육장면에서의 시사점과 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career transition and career related planned happenstance on career education & guidance teacher’s career identity. The participants of the study were 148 undergraduate students from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Jeolla-do. The three instruments used in this study were career transition scale, career related planned happenstance scale and career identity scale. The results of this study are as follows: career transition and career related planned happenstance had significant effects on career identity. was significant. The result of this study will be a foundation of career development system and education for career education & guidance teacher’s career identity. We discussed of implication and limitations of this study.
