국문 초록

본 연구는 진로불확실성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개 역할을 규명함과 동시에 진로준비행동에 대한 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기개념 명확성의 상호작용 효과를 검증하였다. 주로 활용한 연구방법은 기술통계, 상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석이다. 실증연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들이 지각하는 진로불확실성은 진로결정 자기효능감에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 진로불확실성은 진로준비행동에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 진로불확실성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감은 부분매개역할을 보였다. 끝으로 자기개념 명확성은 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 조절역할을 보였다. 즉, 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기개념 명확성이 모두 높은 대학생들은 진로준비행동이 높았다. 그러나 자기개념 명확성이 높아도 진로결정 자기효능감이 낮은 대학생들의 진로준비행동은 매우 낮았다. 또한 토의 및 결론을 통해서 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The study examines the influence of university students’ career uncertainty on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. In particular, this study investigates the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy and the moderating effect of the self-concept clarity. The results of this study based on a sample of 308 university students was as follows. First, university students’ career uncertainty was negatively related to their career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Second, university students’ career decision-making self-efficacy was positively related to their career preparation behavior. Third, students’ career decision-making self-efficacy turned out to mediate the relationship between career uncertainty and career preparation behavior. Finally, students’ self-concept clarity moderated the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. In addition, this paper conclude with implications for future research, limitations of this study, and practical application.
