국문 초록

본 연구는 신입사원의 감사성향과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 자기표현의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시 및 경기도 소재의 기업에 재직 중인 재직 기간 3년 미만의 직장인 228명(남 139명, 여 89명)을 연구대상으로 하여 감사성향, 자기표현, 직무만족을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 측정 변인의 일반적 경향을 알아보기 위해 기술통계 분석과 상관분석을 실시하였고, 조절효과를 살펴보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감사성향과 직무만족 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기표현과 직무만족 간에 유의미한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감사성향과 직무만족의 관계에서 자기표현의 조절효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 신입사원을 대상으로 하는 교육과 연구에서 적절한 자기표현 방법을 증진할 수 있는 개입의 필요성을 제언하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of self-expression on the relationship between gratitude disposition and job satisfaction of new employees. For this purpose, 228 employees (139 males, 89 females) who worked for less than 3 years in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were surveyed and their gratitude disposition, job satisfaction, and self-expression were measured. Statistical analysis and correlation analysis were conducted to examine the general tendency of measurement variables based on the collected data, then hierarchical regression analysis was performed to examine the moderating effect. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between gratitude disposition and job satisfaction and there was a significant negative correlation between self-expression and job satisfaction. Second, the moderating effect of self-expression was significant in the relationship between gratitude disposition and job satisfaction. From the above results, it is meaningful that the need for intervention to promote appropriate self-expression methods in research and education for new employees is suggested
