대학생용 인성 측정도구 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 인성함양을 위한 대학생용 인성 측정도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 충청북도 지역 5개 대학 대학생 대상 설문조사를 2017년 4월 3일에서 4월28일까지 실시하였으며, 최종 회수된 설문지 예비조사 204부 및 본조사 482부를 연구대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 구체적인 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생용 인성 측정도구의 구성요인에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 결과에서는 책임감 5개 문항, 역량/의지 6개 문항, 배려/봉사 5개 문항, 자기조절 3개 문항, 존중 3개 문항, 도덕적 인식 4개 문항, 도덕적 지식 3개 문항, 긍정적 자기이해 3개 문항 등 총 8개 구성요인 및 32개 설문문항을 최종 확정하였다. 둘째, 대학생용 인성 측정도구 32개 문항에 대한 전체 신뢰도분석 결과, 신뢰도 계수는 .939로 매우 높게 나타났다. 따라서 이 도구는 매우 신뢰롭다고 판단할 수 있다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석 결과, 잠재변인 및 측정변인 간의 모든 경로계수는 p=.000 수준에서 유의하였다. 측정도구 모델의 적합도 지수는 RMR=.030, RMSEA=.045, GFI=.902, CFI=.942, TLI=.934, IFI=.942로서 모두 양호한 수준의 적합도를 충족시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구에서 개발한 대학생용 인성 측정도구 모델은 모든 기준치를 충족시켰기 때문에 적합하다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a tool to measure personality in undergraduates to cultivate their personality. To attain the goal, students from five universities located in Chungcheongbuk-do received a survey. Finally collected questionnaire sheets, 204 sheets from the preliminary survey and 483 from the main survey, underwent statistical analysis. The detailed conclusions of this study are as below: First, based on the results of exploratory factor analysis on the tool for measuring personality in undergraduates, this author has confirmed total 32 survey questions from eight components: five questions about responsibility, six questions in competence/volition, five questions in consideration/service, three questions about self-regulation, three questions in respect, four questions from ethical consciousness, three questions about ethical knowledge, and three questions in positive selfunderstanding. Second, according to the results of reliability analysis on all the 32 questions of the tool to measure personality in undergraduates, the reliability coefficient is found to be very high as .939, so this tool can be regarded to be highly reliable. Third, concerning the path coefficients of confirmatory factor analysis, all the path coefficients between latent and measured variables are found to be statistically significant in the level of p=.000, and the tool model’s goodness-of-fit indexes are found to be RMR=.030, RMSEA=.045, GFI=.902, CFI=.942, TLI=.934, and IFI=.942, and they all satisfy the goodness-of-fit level favorably.
