여대생이 지각한 진로스트레스와 진로통찰력이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 여자 대학생을 대상으로 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성을 통한 진로통찰력의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해, 서울 소재 4개 대학의 교양 및 전공기초 과목을 수강하는 여자 대학생 270명에게 설문을 실시하고 SPSS Process Macro(version 2.15)를 활용하여 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로통찰력은 여대생이 지각한 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로탄력성은 진로스트레스와 진로통찰력 간의 관계를 부적으로 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성을 통한 진로통찰력의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났으며, 진로탄력성이 높은 집단의 경우, 진로스트레스가 높을수록 진로통찰력이 낮아지고 진로준비행동 수준도 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 여대생의 진로상담에 대한 시사점과 본 연구의 제한점, 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigated whether career insight mediated the relationship between perceived career stress and career preparation behaviors among female college students. In addition, the present study examined whether career resilience plays a mediating role between career stress and career insight. Using SPSS Macro, moderated mediation analyses were conducted. Data were collected from a survey of 270 female college students in Korea. The results of the current study are as follows: First, career insight mediated the perceived career stress and career preparation behaviors. Second, career resilience moderated the relationship between career stress and career insight. For female college students with higher levels of career resilience, great career stress significantly weakened career insight, which was not the case of those with lower levels of career resilience. Third, the interaction of career stress and career resilience had significant impact on career preparation behaviors through career insight, which indicated the moderated mediation effect of career insight through career resilience. Based on the present findings, limitations of this study as well as implications for future studies and counseling practices were discussed.
