대학생의 지속가능한 교육을 위한 e-포트폴리오 활용 발전에 관한 연구 - 드림패스 시스템을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 지속가능한 교육을 위하여 e-포트폴리오 시스템을 분석 하고 이에 대한 발전방향을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 연구대상으로 대학 1학년 1000명을 무작위로 선정하여 드림패스 활용에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 대학생 8명을 대상으로 초점집단면담(FGI)을 실시하여 드림패스 시스템의 발전방향에 대해 살펴보았다. 드림패스 활용에 대한 결과 역량평가 및 진로탐색에 기여와 포트폴리오 작성에 도움이 된다는 것을 가장 중요한 것으로 보고 하였다. 드림 패스 시스템의 발전 방향에 대한 결과로는 드림패스 취지 이해 필요성, 전공 및 학년에 따른 차별화 필요, 접근성의 향상 필요, 구체적인 피드백 필요, 다른 상담과 교육의 연계성 요구 등의 내용을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 취업 혹은 성공적인 삶을 살아가는데 필요한 역량들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있도록 만들어진 D대학의 드림패스 시스템 구조를 살펴보고 이에 대한 활용도와 발전방향을 조사하여 역량평가 및 진로탐색을 위한 e-포트폴리오에 발전에 기여하였다고 본다. 좀 더 나아가 대학생의 지속가능한 교육에 e-포트폴리오가 활용되기 위해서는 드림패스에 대한 취지에 대한 이해와 더불어 활용도를 높일 수 있는 제도를 실질적으로 운영해야 하며, 학생들의 학년 및 개인적 특성을 고려하여 지속적인 코칭 등과 같은 개별적 활용이 필요하고, 대학 내에 서만의 활용을 넘어 사회적으로 활용될 수 있어야 함을 제언한 다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze e-Portfolio system and to find out the development direction of e-Portfolio system for sustainable education of university. For this study, 1000 students were randomly selected from the first year students of the university and conducted a survey on the use of the Dream PATH. In addition, focus group interview (FGI) was conducted on 8 university students to examine the development direction of the Dream PATH system. According to results for Dream PATH utilization, It is important to contribute to competency evaluation and career search and to create a portfolio. The results of the development of the Dream PATH system showed the necessity to understand the purpose of Dream PATH, differentiation according to major and grade, need to improve accessibility, need specific feedback, and the need for linkage between other counseling and education. This study has contributed to the development of an e-Portfolio for competency evaluation and career search as to examine the structure of the Dream PATH system of D University, which was designed to effectively manage the competencies required for university students employment or successful life and as to investigate the utilization and development direction of the Dream PATH system. Therefore, this study suggests that in order for the e-Portfolio to be used in sustainable education of university students, it is necessary to operate the system that can increase the utilization rate with the understanding of the purpose of the Dream PATH, individual needs such as continuous coaching etc. are needed considering student s grade and personal characteristics, and it should be able to be used socially beyond the utilization only within the university.
