국문 초록

코스닥(KOSDAQ) 상장기업은 미래 성장성이 기대되는 기술벤처기업이 다수이고, 현대 기술 기업의 기업가치는 무형자산, 소유지배구조 등의 비재무적 요인에 의해 영향을 받고 있는 점 등을 감안하여 회계정보의 유용성과 소유지배구조의 상관성을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 코스닥 상장기업의 개별재무제표 회계정보와 외국인투자지분율의 기업가치 상관성을 실증 검증하였다. 연구 방법은 올슨(Ohlson) 모형을 이용하여 자기자본, 당기순이익, 무형자산, 외국인투자지분율 등과 기업가치 상관성을 다중회귀분석하여 회계정보와 외국인투자지분율의 의사 결정 유용성(Decision Making Usefulness)을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 코스닥 상장기업의 자기자본, 당기순이익, 무형자산 등의 회계정보와 외국인투자지분 율은 모두 기업가치와 양(+)의 상관성을 가지면서 각각 1% 수준에서 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구에서 K-IFRS를 의무 적용한 회계정보와 외국인투자지분율의 기업가치 상관성을 실증적 으로 검증함으로써 회계정보와 외국인투자지분율이 경제적 의사결정의 유용성을 제고하고 있는 것으로 검증되었다.

영문 초록

Considering the fact that majority of KOSDAQ listed companies are high-tech venture firms that have potential and their firm values are influenced by non-financial elements such as intangible asset, director ownership etc. this study will verify usefulness of accounting information and correlation of director ownership. This study empirically verified that an accounting information of individual financial statements and foreign investor ownership are correlated with a firm value. Using Ohlson model, this study showed correlation of equity capital, net profit, intangible asset, foreign investor ownership etc. with firm value through multiple regression analysis. And through this process, it verified decision making usefulness of accounting information and foreign investor ownership. As a result, KOSDAQ companies accounting information such as equity capital, net profit, intangible asset etc. and foreign investor ownership are all positively correlated with the firm value and each are useful around 1% level. Through empirically verifying a correlation of a firm value with a foreign investment ownership and the accounting information regulated by K-IFRS, this study proved that an accounting information and a foreign investment ownership are raising the usefulness of economic decision making.
