호텔종사원의 개인성격이 직무몰입과 경력몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 기존의 선행 연구를 토대로 호텔 종사원의 어떠한 성격의 소유자가 직무에 몰입하고 경력에 몰입하는지를 파악하고, 개인의 성격과 직무몰입, 경력몰입 간의 영향관계를 검증하기 연구 되었다. 통계 분석은 SPSS(Ver. 12.0) 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고, 가설을 검증하기 위해서 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 , 첫째로 호텔종사원의 개인성격은 직무몰입과 관련하여 외향적, 안정적, 친화적, 성실한 성격을 지닌 종사원은 직무몰입에 영향을 미치고 개방성요인은 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 호텔종사원의 개인성격은 경력몰입과 관련하여 외향적, 안정적, 성실한 성격을 지닌 종사원은 경력몰입에 영향을 미치지만 개방성요인과 친화성요인이 영향을 미치지 않았다.

영문 초록

This study is based on existing research leading to the personal nature of the hotel employee's will concentrate for verifying the relationship between job involvement and career involvement. Statistical analysis of the SPSS(Ver. 12.0) frequency, using statistical analysis program, a factor analysis, reliability analysis into implementation, multiple regression analysis for the hypothesis was conducted. Research results can be summarized as follows. The first, hotel employee's personality related to affecting extraversion, un-neuroticism stable), agreeableness, conscientious with job involvement, the openness to experience factor is not affecting. Secondly, hotel employee's personality related to affecting extraversion, un-neuroticism(table), conscientious with career involvement. The openness to experience and agreeableness factor is not affecting.
