토지 관리의 시간적 개념 접근에 관한 연구

국문 초록

토지관리 분야에서 시간적 개념에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 다소 미흡한 것은 시간을 바라보는 관념과 정확한 인식이 결여된 것에 연유한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 토지 관리의 시간적 개념에 입각한 다차원 관리를 위하여 시간에 관련된 기초 개념과 시간적 접근 및 시간적 추록모델을 검토하고 이를 토대로 향후 바람직한 다차원 토지 관리에 일조하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 토지관리 분야의 시간적 차원과 접근으로 한정하였고, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 인터넷조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였고, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 견지에서 도출하였다. 첫째, 시간적 차원은 시간과 공간 개념, 시간데이터베이스, 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 시간적 접근은 변화기반접근과 시간기반접근 그리고 시간적 데이터의 표현 차원에서 검토하였다. 셋째, 시간적 개념의 적용 한계 및 방향은 시간적 접근 및 표현에 나타난 한계를 검토하였고 이를 토대로 향후 바람직한 다차원 토지관리 방향을 모색하였다.

영문 초록

The deliberate research based on temporal conception has been recognized insufficient in land management by lacking precise understanding and insight. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to provide desirable directions that reinforce the higher dimension of land management in future by examining temporal conception, temporal approach and temporal reasoning model for multi-dimension land management. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to temporal dimension and approach in land management, a data through the reference of literature and internet investigation was collected as the research method, and a descriptive access method was applied. Conclusion of the study is as follows; First, the temporal dimension was reviewed in terms of the spatio-temporal conception, the temporal database, and the approach framwork of temporal conception. Second, the temporal approach was applied as a viewpoint the change based approach, the time based approach and the representation of temporal data. Finally, the applicable issue and direction of temporal conception was reviewed, considering the limitation of temporal approach and the representative matters of temporal data. Then, the preview of multi-land management based on theses issues was suggested
