수치지도 작업량계수 산정을 위한 최적 보간법 적용방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 수치지도 제작 비용산출에 필수인 작업량계수를 정확히 산정하고자 최적 보간법을 적용하고자 하였다. 표준품셈에 명시되지 않은 축척별 작업량계수를 산정하기 위해 스플라인과 다항방정식 보간법을 적용하고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 소축척지도 급의 축척에 있어 작업량계수가 대폭 상승하는 것은 구축 대상 면적을 고려한 실제 비용산출 시 타당함을 확인하였으며, 두 보간법 기반 작업량계수의 평균오차를 비교한 결과 스플라인과 다항방정식 보간의 평균오차는 수치도화 작업량계수 0.0014, 벡터편집 작업량계수 0.1067, 정위치편집 작업량계수 0.0039, 도면제작 작업량계수 0.0006으로 총 평균오차는 0.0281로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 수치지도 제작 비용산출의 정확성을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 다양한 보간 방법의 적용 가능성을 탐색함으로써 비슷한 연구에서 사용할 수 있는 방법론적인 기준을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to accurately estimate the workload coefficients essential for calculating the cost of digital map production by applying optimal interpolation methods. To estimate the workload coefficients for scales not specified in the standard cost estimation, both spline and polynomial interpolation methods were applied, and their results were analyzed. The significant increase in workload coefficients for small-scale maps, such as scales of 1:250,000 and 1:1,000,000, was found to be reasonable when considering the actual construction target area in cost calculation. The comparison of average errors between the workload coefficients based on spline and polynomial interpolation revealed average errors for digitalization workload coefficients of 0.0014, vector editing workload coefficients of 0.1067, geopositioning editing workload coefficients of 0.0039, and drawing production workload coefficients of 0.0006, resulting in a total average error of 0.0281. These findings can serve as a basis for improving the accuracy of cost calculation in digital map production and offer methodological standards that can be applied in similar research, by exploring the applicability of various interpolation methods.
