국문 초록

본 연구는 측량, 수로조사 및 지적에 관한 법률이 시행됨에 따라 나타날 수 있는 지적측량수수료체계의 문제에 대하여 일반측량수수료 체계와 비교를 통하여 분석하여 보고, 이를 토대로 하여 향후 지적측량수수료 체계의 현실적이고 합리적인 개선방향을 모색하였다. 연구의 결과 지금까지는 각기 다른 법률과 규정에 의하여 지적측량 수수료 및 일반측량의 용역대가를 달리 산정하였으나, 법령이 통합됨에 따라 이에 대한 수수료 및 용역의 대가도 일정 부분에 대해서는 동일한 규정을 적용하는 것이 합리적일 것으로 판단되었다.

영문 초록

Thus this study identifies the problems that newly integrated cadastral surveying fee may have in the future and compares it with general surveying system, and based on those findings provides realistic and reasonable methods for improving the cadastral surveying fee system. Based on the survey result, the study provides recommendations on the adjustment of standard quantity per unit in cadastral surveying, adjustment of public fees, labor cost, and fee system unification. And finally, the study suggests more works are needed to review the fundamental factors in computing cadastral surveying fess and general surveying fees, and to examing on related laws. Further, the study proposes that experiments for computing surveying fees should be done to ensure validity of system chang and more stable operation.
