지오브라우저를 이용한 지적정보의 서비스 방안

국문 초록

인터넷 환경의 변화와 더불어 과거 일반 사용자가 접근하기 어려웠던 위성영상과 수치고도모형 등 다양한 공간데이터를 Google Earht와 같은 지오브라우저를 통해서 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 웹 2.0이라는 새로운 패러다임으로 인하여 공급자가 일방적으로 공간데이터를 구축하면 이를 사용자가 이용하는 것에서 벗어나 사용자가 직접 참여하고 정보를 공유하는 것으로 변회되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 구축된 공간데이터를 수요자관점에서 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 웹 2.0기반의 서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 서비스방안은 다양한 좌표체계로 이루어져 있는 공간데이터를 먼저 세계측지계를 기반으로 하는 좌표계로 변환한 후 이를 KML과 같은 표준포맷으로 변환하였다. 변환된 KML 파일은 맵서비스와 매쉬업할 수 있으며 이를 수요자는 지오브라우저를통해서 접근할 수 있다. 천안시를 대상으로 편집지적, 건물, 도로명, 행정구역 등의 기 구축된 다양한 공간데이터를 웹 2.0 기반으로 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위해 좌표계 변환 및 표준포맷변환을 할 수 있는 응용프로그램을 C# 프로그래밍언어와 ArcObjects를 이용하여 개발하였으며 맵 서비스는 Open API를 이용하여 개발하였다 또한, 공간데이터의 소요자 측면에서 두 가지 사례연구를 수행하였다. 첫 번째는 필지경계의 이상유무를 수요자가 확인할 수 있는 것이고 두 번째는 3차원 기반의 지적정보를 시설물정보와 중첩하고 조회하는 것이다. 이들 사례를 통해서 본 연구에서 제시한 서비스 방안의 타당성을 입증하였다.

영문 초록

With the change of internet circumstances, non-professional user difficult of access satelite imagery and digital elevation model can use and handle various spatial data via geo-browser such as Google Earth. Moreover, due to the paradigm called Web 2.0, it flows change that providers unilaterally built spatial data and consumers then used it. The consumers now participate to build spatial data and share their information. In this research, we suggested Web 2.0 based service methodologies that existing spatial data can be easily access and available from consumer point of view. In the proposed methodologies, spatial data consisted of various coordinate systems firstly transformed to world geodetic reference system and then the data was secondly converted to standard exchange format such as KML (Keyhole Markup Language). The KML files could be mash-up with map service and the user, consuming the data, easily access to the map service viageo-browser. In the case study of Cheonan city, the user can be received the Web 2.0 service based on various spatial data such as edited-cadastral map, building data, street name address, administrative district etc. For the service, application programs for the coordinate transformation and standard format conversion were developed using of C# programming and ArcObjects. Map service was also developed using Open API. In addition, another two kinds of case studies were conducted in the consumer aspect of spatial data. The first was that the consumer could confirm whether abnormality or normality of parcel boundary, the second was that the consumer could overlay and idetify three-dimensional cadastral information and facility information. Through the case studies, the feasibility of the proposed service methodologies was demonstrated
