국문 초록

  한국의 청동기시대 묘제는 지석묘를 중심으로 많은 조사와 연구가 이루어졌다. 최근의 활발한 조사와 더불어 넓은 지역에 대한 전면조사에서 나타난 성과는 지석묘에서 특이한 구조와 다양한 묘역의 존재가 확인되고 있으며, 정밀조사로 지석묘 상석에서 암각화의 확인과 일부 지석묘에서의 봉토 시설의 흔적이 확인되고 있고, 점토대토기 등 후기 청동기시대 유물 출토 등을 들 수 있다.
  앞으로 지석묘 조사연구는 지석묘 연구 자료의 확보 차원에서 세심한 조사가 필수적이며, 청동기시대의 문화유형과 관련시켜 지석묘문화가 파악되어야 지석묘에 대한 올바른 접근이 가능하다. 또한 지석묘 축조집단의 활동 공간의 활용 문제와 더불어 타 묘제와의 관계에서 지석묘의 성격과 그 위치를 규명하여야 한다. 지석묘 축조연대에서 보다 과학적인 자료를 확보하여 이를 근거로 편년과 변천과정도 설정해야 하고, 지석묘 사회 규명에 대해 다각도의 분석을 토대로 연구되어야 한다. 그리고 당시 인골을 통한 사람에 대한 연구, 신앙 등 정신세계에 대한 추론, 가족 구성원이나 집단에서의 위계 등 사회 구조와 조직에 대해서도 유추할 수 있는 자료인 것이다.

영문 초록

  We consistently studied and researched the Korea burial system during the Bronze Age with an emphasis on the Dolmen.
  According to the results of recent research, we know that there are Jumtodae-pottery and other relics during the latter part of the bronze age, checking a mound and rock carving on the capstone, and unique constructing styles, variety the boundaries of a dolmen.
  Researching dolmen is necessary to do research in detail for gathering dolmen research data. We have to study the Culture of Dolmen related with the Culture pattern of Bronze age, so we can take straight approaches to Dolmens culture. We do reveal residential area where people who built dolmens lived and how to they used their place. And we do reveal dolmens character and position between other burial system.
  We have to get more scientific research data for Age of dolmen construction and then we can make a chronology and transition dolmens. Therefore, we have to research Dolmen Society on the basis of analysis from various angles.
