국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 창의성이 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 놀이성과 교사효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2022년 12월부터 2023년 2월까지 전국 영유아교육⋅보육기관에서 근무하고 있는 영유아교사를 대상으로 온라인 QR코드를 활용하여 설문지를 배포하였으며, 235부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 영유아교사의 창의성, 놀이성, 교사효능감, 행복감의 관계를 살펴보기 위한 상관 분석, 창의성, 놀이성, 교사효능감이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 다중회귀분석을 진행하였다. 이후 영유아교사의 창의성이 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 놀이성과 교사효능감의 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 Hayes가 고안한 PROCESS Macro 4.2의 모델 4를 활용하여 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아교사의 창의성, 놀이성, 교사효능감, 행복감은 정적인 상관이 나타났으며, 영유아교사의 창의성, 놀이성, 교사효능감은 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 창의성과 행복감의 관계에서 놀이성과 교사효능감은 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 영유아교사의 행복감을 높이기 위해서는 영유아교사의 창의성과 놀이성 발현을 위한 교사 연수 및 교사효능감을 높여주기 위한 다양한 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of playfulness and teacher efficacy on the effects of early childhood teachers’ creativity on their happiness. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to early childhood teachers working in early childhood education and child care institutions from December 2022 to February 2023 using online QR codes, and 235 copies were used as data for analysis. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between creativity, playfulness, teacher efficacy, and happiness of early childhood teachers using the SPSS 25.0 program, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the effects of creativity, playfulness, and teacher efficacy on happiness. In order to examine the mediating effect of playfulness and teacher efficacy on the effect of early childhood teachers’ creativity on happiness, the mediating effect was examined using the model 4 of PROCESS Macro 4.2 designed by Hayes. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a positive correlation between creativity, playfulness, teacher efficacy, and happiness of early childhood teachers. Creativity, playfulness, and teacher efficacy of early childhood teachers positively affected happiness. Second, playfulness and teacher efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between creativity and happiness of early childhood teachers. The results of this study suggest that in order to increase the happiness of early childhood teachers, it is necessary to provide various support programs for teacher training and teacher efficacy to increase the creativity and playfulness of early childhood teachers.
