국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사를 대상으로 보육교사 전문성과 직무스트레스가 교사-영아 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 보육교사의 전문성, 직무스트레스, 교사-영아 상호작용에 미치는 변인을 밝히는데 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 G광역시에 소재한 어린이집 30개소의 0, 1, 2세의 영아반 담임교사 300명을 대상으로 보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스가 교사-영아 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구 결과 보육교사의 전문성은 교사-영아 상호작용에 정적인 상관이 있고 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 교사-영아 상호작용은 유의미한 부적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 보육교사의 전문성 향상, 직무스트레스 해소를 위한 보육교사 대상의 다양한 교육프로그램의 개발 및 실행을 위한 구체적인 자료를 제공하여 영아교육 현장의 질적인 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of childcare teacher expertise and job stress on teacher-infant interaction for childcare teachers to reveal variables that affect childcare teacher expertise, job stress, and teacher-infant interaction. To this end, the expertise and job stress of 30 children located at G Metropolitan City, 1 and second-year-old homeroom teacher-young, and job stress on mutual interaction. As a result of the study, the professionalism of childcare teachers had a positive correlation with teacher-infant interaction, and the job stress of childcare teachers and teacher-infant interaction had a significant negative correlation. Through the results of this study, we would like to suggest that efforts are needed to improve the quality of the infant education field by providing specific data for the development and implementation of various educational programs for childcare teachers to improve the expertise of childcare teachers and relieve their job stress.
