해외 사례 분석을 통한 2022 개정 미술과 교육과정의 디지털 리터러시 제안

국문 초록

디지털 환경으로의 전환과 그에 따른 변화에 대한 대처를 강조하는 2022 개정 교육과정이 본격적으로 교육 현장에 도입됨에 따라, 미술과 교육과정에서의 디지털 교육 방향을 살펴 볼 필요가 있다. 이에, 미술과 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 디지털 소양을 디지털 리터러시로 해석하여 2022 미술과 교육과정에서 디지털 리터러시를 어떻게 접근하여야 하는지 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 미국, 아일랜드, 핀란드, 캐나다, 호주의 디지털 리터러시 교육과정을 살펴보며 해외의 디지털 리터러시 교육과정의 방향성을 모색하였다. 이후, 미국과 호주의 미디어 아트 교육과정에서 디지털 리터러시 교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 살펴보며, 미술 교육에서의 디지털 리터러시 교육 방법을 탐색하였다. 이러한 해외의 디지털 리터러시 교육 사례를 통해 2022 개정 미술과 교육과정에서의 디지털 리터러시 교육 방향 세 가지 방식으로 제안하였다. 첫째, 디지털 리터러시 교육을 미술과 내용 요소로 도입하고, 이를 학년 군별 디지털 리터러시 하위 영역을 도출할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기존의 미술과 교육과정 영역 외에 별도의 영역이 신설되어 디지털 리터러시 교육이 이루어질 수 있다. 셋째, 미적 체험 영역에서디지털 리터러시 교육의 내용을 자세히 서술하고, 학생들의 일상 미디어 문화를 반영한 교육 내용을 제시하여야 한다. 이후 세 번째의 방식으로 미적 체험 성취기준에서의 교육 목표 및 내용을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

As the revised 2022 education curriculum, emphasizing adaptation to the transition into the digital environment and the associated changes, digital literacy is actively introduced into the educational field; it is essential to examine the direction of digital education in the context of art education. Consequently, this proposal aims to interpret the digital competencies presented in the art education curriculum as digital literacy and suggest approaches for integrating digital literacy into the revised 2022 art education curriculum. An exploration of digital literacy education curricula in Ireland, Finland, Canada, and Australia was conducted to glean insights into the directionality of overseas digital literacy education programs. Subsequently, an examination of how digital literacy education is implemented in media art education curricula in the United States and Australia was conducted, exploring methods for integrating digital literacy education into art education. Based on these international cases of digital literacy education, three proposed approaches for digital literacy education in the revised 2022 art education curriculum are outlined. First, it is suggested that digital literacy education be incorporated into art and content elements, deriving sub-domains of digital literacy for different grade levels. Second, the possibility of establishing a separate domain outside the existing art education curriculum areas for implementing digital literacy education is explored. Third, it is proposed to elaborate on the content of digital literacy education within the realm of aesthetic experiences, providing educational content that reflects students' everyday media culture. Following this third approach, educational objectives and content for digital literacy education within the framework of aesthetic experience achievement standards are proposed.
