국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료 영역의 발달재활서비스 시행과 더불어 일반 임상현장에서 요구하는 표준 직무를 정의하여 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 개발 제안에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 NCS 개발매뉴얼 절차에 따라 직무분류, 직무개요, 산업현황, 교육훈련현황 등을 조사․분석하였다. 연구결과 직무분류는 대분류 사회복지․종교, 중분류 상담, 소분류 미술치료를 신설하는 것으로, 직무개요는 ‘시각적 예술인 미술을 활용하여 대상의 주호소문제 진단, 치료계획, 치료실행, 치료평가, 수련감독 등의 직무범위를 숙지하여 발달에 어려움을 갖는 장애아동과 장애인, 사회부적응을 호소하는 아동과 청소년, 사회적 환경 속에서 스트레스 및 트라우마로 인해 고통을 호소하는 사람들의 심리적 어려움을 돕는 일이다.’였다. 산업현황의 종사자현황은 관련 15,957개 사업체, 123,657명으로 파악되었으며(국가통계포털, 2020), 관련 민간등록자격은 1,279개로 확인되었다. 직업 및 일자리 전망을 조사하기 위하여 임상현장 미술치료사 총 552명을 대상으로 2021년 8월 25일부터 9월 7일까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 조사결과 직업유망성은 94.6%, 일자리 전망에 대해서는 73.4%가 향후 5년간 증가할 것으로 나타났다. 교육훈련현황은 관련대학 6개, 대학원 26개로 파악되었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 미술치료 직무를 수행하기 위한 지식․기술․소양 등의 내용을 국가가 요구하는 체계화된 절차에 따라 표준화하여 제안하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to propose the development of the National Competency Standards (NCS) by defining the standard jobs requirements for general clinical sites, along with the implementation of developmental rehabilitation services in the field of art therapy. For that purpose, job classification, job overview, industry status, education and training status, etc and so on. were investigated and analyzed according to the procedure of the NCS development manual. As a result of the study, the job classification should newly establish a major category of social welfare/religion, a middle category of counseling, and a small category of art therapy. The job outline was “Using art as a visual artist to familiarize with the scope of tasks (e.g., diagnosis, treatment plan, treatment, treatment evaluation, supervision, etc.) to help children, adolescents, and people who are suffering from stress and trauma in a social environment with psychological difficulties.” According to the industry status, 15,957 businesses and 123,657 people were also identified (National Statistical Portal, 2020);, and 1,279 related private registration qualifications were identified. An online survey was administered from August 25, 2021 to September 7, 2021 for a total of 552 art therapists in the clinical field to investigate occupational and job prospects. As a result of the survey, 94.6% and 73.4% of job prospects were expected to increase over the next 5 years. The status of education and training was identified based on six related universities and 26 graduate schools. The results of this study are meaningful in that the contents of knowledge, technology, and quality for performing art therapy job were standardized and proposed according to the systematic procedures required by the country.
