국문 초록

모래놀이치료에는 여러 가지 치유적 요소들이 있고, 피규어의 수와 규모에 매혹되어 모래의 치유적이고 상징적인 중요성에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하게 다루어져 왔다. 모래는 대지를 나타내고 대지는 모든 생명을 잉태하고 만들어 내며 번성하게 하는 모성성의 상징이다. 모성은 우리가 생겨 태어나는 곳이며 우리가 성장하는 곳이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 모래의 상징성과 더불어 내담자들의 삶이 창조되는 토대로서 모래의 긍정적, 지지적, 모성적, 대지적 토대로서의 모래의 상징성에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 모래는 우리 안에 있는 모성적, 치유적, 창조적 능력을 자극하고 그 에너지가 배열되게 한다. 긍정적 모성 또는 상처를 치유하는 내면의 힘인 모래에는 상징적으로 치료자도 포함된다. 내면의 모성원형의 힘과 치료자라는 상징적 모성의 지지를 받은 내담자는 스스로 치유할 힘을 갖게 된다.

영문 초록

There are several healing elements in sand play therapy, and research on the healing and symbolic importance of sand has been relatively insufficient because it is fascinated by the number and scale of figures. Sand represents the ground, and the ground is a symbol of motherhood that allows all life to conceive, create, and thrive. Motherhood is where we are born and born, and where we grow. Therefore, in this study, the symbolism of sand as a positive, supportive, maternal, and earthly foundation of sand was discussed as well as the symbolism of sand. The implications of this study are as follows. Sand stimulates the maternal, healing, and creative abilities in us and allows its energy to be arranged. Sand, which is the inner force of positive motherhood or healing wounds, symbolically includes a counselor. With the power of the inner mother archetype and the support of the symbolic motherhood as a counselor, the client has the power to heal himself.
