국문 초록

본 연구는 예비부모교육의 중요성 및 요구도를 토대로 그림책을 활용한 토의중심 예비부모교육 프로그램을 개발하여 대학생을 대상으로 적용한 뒤 이들의 부모역할인식 및 교육신념에 어떠한 변화가 있는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 경기도에 위치한 J 대학교의 재학생 84명이다. 교양과목 중 예비부모교육을 수강하여 그림책을 활용한 토의중심 예비부모교육 프로그램에 참여한 42명은 실험집단, 예비부모교육을 수강하지 않은 42명은 비교집단으로 구분하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 기초통계와 독립표본 t-검증 및 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 그림책을 활용한 토의중심 예비부모교육을 수강한 대학생의 부모역할인식 전체 및 하위변인 모두에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램에 참여한 대학생의 교육신념 전체 및 능동적 교육신념과 교수방법에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비부모를 대상으로 효과적인 부모교육 프로그램을 제공하여 이들의 부모역할인식 및 교육신념에 긍정적인 변화를 주었다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a discussion-based pre-parenting education program using picture books based on the significance and needs of pre-parenting education, which is to be applied to university students, and verify the changes in their parental role perception and educational ideology. Subjects include 84 students currently enrolled in J University in Gyeonggi-do. Subjects were divided into 42 participants in the experimental group that participated in discussion-based pre-parenting education program using picture books through Pre-parenting Education among liberal arts courses, and 42 participants that did not take Pre-parenting Education in comparison group that did not participated in the program. Data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for basic statistics, two-sample t-test and analysis of covariance. As a result, first, university students that participated in discussion-based pre-parenting education using picture books showed positive effects in the parental role perception and all its sub-variables. Second, university students that participated in the program showed positive effects on the educational iedology, active educational ideology and teaching method. This study is significant in bringing positive changes to pre-parents’ parental role preception and educational ideology by suggesting.
