유아를 위한 장자 우화의 개념적 교수모형 현장 적용연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장자 우화를 유아교육 현장에 적용하기 위한 개념적 교수모형을 구성하고, 유아교육현장에 실험 적용하여 현장 적용 적절성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 개념적 교수모형은 실험 교사 인터뷰와 문헌연구를 통하여 장자사상의 핵심인 도를, 내면적 자기완성의 도와 인간관계 자기완성으로서의 도로 구분하고, 70편의 장자우화를 주제와 비유대상별로 분류하였으며, 인성교육 관련요소를 분석하였다. 교수모형구성의 예시는 장자우화 중 가장 대표적인 “곤과 붕이야기”를 대상으로 하였고 유아발달 수준과 현대의 사회문화적 배경에 적합한 재구성이 이루어졌으며 유아교육전문가와 현장교사들에게 타당화 검증을 통한 수정․보완 과정을 거쳤다. 실험적용의 연구대상은 N구 S대 부속 유치원 만 5세 유아 26명을 대상으로 총 4주, 총 6회에 걸쳐 우화 소개와 관련 교육활동을 전개하였다. 사전 실험교사 교육 및 교육전개 과정 전․후와 교육전개 과정에 대한 연구자와 실험교사 간 지속적으로 논의한 내용을 분석함으로서 개념적 교수모형의 현장 적용 적절성을 검증하였다. 개발된 교수모형은 유아와 교사의 공동 전개과정과 반응을 중심으로 유아교육현장 적용에 적절하다고 판단하였고 향후 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to construct a conceptual instructional model for applying the Zhuang Zi fable to the field of early childhood education, and to verify the adequacy of the field application by applying the experiment to the field of early childhood education. The conceptual instructional model divides the core of the idea of Zhuang Zi into the internal self-completion and human relations self-completion through the experiment teacher interviews and the literature studies. The example of the construction of the instructional model, “Gon and the Boong Story”, was the most representative piece among the Zhuang Zi Fables, and the reconstruction was carried out in accordance with the level of early childhood development and the modern sociocultural background. The subjects of the experiments were the introduction of allegory and related educational activities for six weeks in four weeks, targeting 26 children aged 5 years old in kindergarten of the N district S university. The validity of the conceptual instructional model was verified by analyzing the contents of the discussions between the researcher and the experimental teacher before and after the pre-test teacher education and the education development process. The developed instructional model was deemed appropriate for the application of the early childhood education based on the joint development process and reactions of the infants and teachers.
