유아교사의 자아탄력성과 직무환경이 핵심역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 자아탄력성과 직무환경이 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 유아교육현장에서 유아교사들이 유아들에게 질적인 역할수행을 해 나갈 수 있는 적절한 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 광주광역시와 전라남도 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 만 3, 4, 5세 유아교사 250명을 대상으로 유아교사의 자아탄력성과 직무환경이 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 유아교사의 자아탄력성과 직무환경이 유아교사의 핵심역량 전체에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무환경 하위요인인 동료와의 관계, 시설장과의 관계, 운영 및 의사 결정 순으로 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 핵심역량 제고를 위해 직무환경의 시설장과의 관계와 동료와의 관계, 운영 및 의사결정에 대한 적극적인 검토와 지속적인 후속연구가 이루어져야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of ego‐resilience and job environment on core competencies of child education teachers to provide basic data for child education teachers to perform their roles successfully in the field of early childhood education. For this, on the subjects of 250 child education teachers who worked at kindergartens and childcare centers for three four and five year old children in Gwangju and Jeollanam‐do, this study examined the effect of ego‐resilience and job environment on core competencies of child education teachers. In the results of analyzing the effects of ego‐resilience and job environment on the core competencies of child education teachers, the influence was found to be stronger in the order of the relationship with colleagues, the relationship with the facility supervisor, the operation and the decision‐making as sub‐factors of job environment. These results suggest that an active review and continuous follow‐up study should be conducted on the ‘relationship with the facility supervisor, the relationship with colleagues, management and decision‐making’ in the job environment to enhance the core competencies of child education teachers.
