교사교육을 위한 독일 교수학 이론 모형에 대한 탐구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 독일의 교사교육에서 적용하고 있는 교수법모델을 내용적으로 분석하고 이의 한국에서의 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌분석과 내용분석이라는 해석학적 연구방법을 활용하였다. 독일 교수학 모델에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 문헌들을 수집하였으며 이를 해석하여 한국적 맥락에서 재해석하는 과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과: 독일의 교수법적모델들은 급격히 변화하는 시대 속에서 성인학습자로서의 교사를 어떻게 양성해야 할 것인가에 초점으로 개발되어 왔다. 따라서 이 모델들은 거시적 관점보다는 교수학습과정의 기획, 교수법적 행위의 출발점, 교수학습과정의 목표, 교수자와 학습자간의 상호작용과 같은 미시적 관점에 초점을 두고 있다. 연구결과 독일의 교사교육에 있어서의 교수법 모델은 크게 다섯 가지 모델로 제시될 수 있다. 첫째, 도야이론적 교수법은 교사가 수업계획을 구상할 때 필요한 이론적 기초를 제공하며 수업자체를 상호작용으로 이해한다. 둘째, 학습이론기반의 교수법은 실제적으로 교사가 알아야할 수업분석방법과 교수의 전문지식 및 역량에 대한 이론적 기초를 제공하며 수업의 전 영역을 포괄하는 일반적인 교수법모형을 제시·전달하고 있다. 셋째, 도야과정 교수법은 학습자(교사)의 전문성발달이라는 측면에서 학교와 수업을 위한 분석도구와 평가도구가 개발되어 제시되고 있다. 넷째, 구성주의적 교수법은 학습과 교수자의 역할, 그리고 교수-학습과정 계획의 방향을 의미를 근본적으로 변화시켰다. 다섯째, 주체과학적 학습이론은 학습해야 하는 이유와 학습에 대한 거부에 초점을 두어 개인적, 사회적 차원에서의 학습주체에 대한 관심을 불러 일으켰다. 논의 및 결론: 이들 교수법 이론들의 모델을 관통하는 것은 교사 스스로가 여러 교수법들을 학습하여 스스로 재구성할 수 있어야 한다는데 초점을 두고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the contents of teaching method models applied to teacher education in Germany and then draw out suggestions for Korean adult education. Method: In order to achieve the purpose of study, this study used the interpretative method of study which including literature analysis and content analysis. For this, the author collected literature which took key places in teaching methods in Germany and then reinterpreted it in the context of Korea. Results: Teaching method models in Germany have been developed focusing on how to educate teachers as an adult learner in the times of rapid change. These models, therefore, have focused not on macroscopic viewpoints but on such microscopic perspectives as planning of teaching/learning processes, start point of pedagogical behaviors, aim of teaching/learning courses, and interaction between teachers and learners. Study findings showed that teaching method models for teacher education in Germany could be classified into following five models in general: (1) the discipline theory-based teaching method provides a theoretical base which is necessary for a teacher to design class schedules, and this model understands teaching as an interaction; (2) the learning theory-based teaching method provides the method of class analysis teachers must practically understand, and presents a theoretical base for the special knowledge and ability of teaching, thus presenting/providing the general teaching method models which include all the areas of class; (3) the discipline process-based teaching method develops and presents analytic and assessing tools for schools and classes from the aspect of specialty development of learners (teachers); (4) the constructivist teaching method has fundamentally changed the role of learning and teacher, and altered the meaning and direction of plan of teaching/learning process; and (5) the theory of main agent’s scientific learning has focused on the reason of learning and the denial of learning, thus arousing people’s interest in the main agent of learning from personal and social aspects. Conclusion: The common point of these teaching method theories is that a teacher must learn various teaching methods and then recompose it by himself.
