국문 초록

본 연구는 메타버스기반 캡스톤디자인 수업이 예비 유아교사의 학업성취도와 소속감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 캡스톤디자인 교수법 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 C자치 시 지역의 4년제 C대학교 유아교육과 메타버스기반 캡스톤디자인 수업에 참여한 재학생 35명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 자료의 분석 방법은 SPSS 26.0(ver.) 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계와 선형회귀분석, 저널을 분석하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 5점 리커트 척도를 이용할 때 메타버스기반 캡스톤디자인 수업만족도는 4.41수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 메타버스기반 캡스톤디자인 수업이 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 메타버스기반 캡스톤디자인 수업이 소속감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 저널 내용에서 학습자들은 컨텐츠를 제작하고 유치원 방문 및 적용한 캡스톤디자인 수업이 흥미롭고 재미있었으며 보람을 느낄 수 있었다고 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of metaverse-based capstone design classes on the academic achievement and sense of belonging of prospective early childhood teachers and to provide basic data necessary for developing capstone design teaching methods. The research participants were surveyed among 35 students who participated in the early childhood education and metaverse-based capstone design class at the 4-year C University in the C autonomous city region. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.0 was used for data analysis, including descriptive statistics, linear regression analysis, and journal analysis. The following are the findings of the study: First, using a 5-point Likert scale, the satisfaction level with the metaverse-based capstone design class was determined to be 4.41. Second, the metaverse-based capstone design class had a significant impact on academic achievement. Third, the metaverse-based capstone design class had a significant effect on the sense of belonging. Lastly, in the journal entries, learners expressed that creating content, visiting kindergartens, and engaging in the capstone design class were interesting, enjoyable, and rewarding.
