예비유아교사의 보육실습에 대한 인식 및 경험 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 교사양성과정에서 예비유아교사가 경험한 보육실습에 대한 인식과 그 경험의 의미를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 보육실습을 마친 예비유아교사 112명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료수집을 위하여 보육실습 기간 동안에 경험한 바에 따라 보육실습 인식을 설문조사하여 기술통계를 하였고, 연구의 심층적이고 질적인 부분을 찾아보고자 예비유아교사를 대상을 인터뷰를 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 보육실습 지도교사는 개개 영유아들의 흥미, 특성, 능력에 대한 정보를 예비유아교사에게 알려 주었으나, 다양한 교수방법을 보여 주고 당황하지 않게 실수를 알려 주는 경우는 드물었다. 취업 희망보육기관 유형은 국공립어린이집이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, 보육실습의 질 향상을 위한 수업기술 및 수업효과를 높이는 방안은 대학에서 사전교육을 철저히 받고, 실습기관의 지도교사가 성심껏 지도해 주는 것이라고 하였다. 따라서 대학의 교사양성과정과 기관에서는 실제 현장지도, 교육방법, 지도 기술 등에 주안점을 둔 이론과 실제 사례를 제시하는 지도 전략이 필요하다. 둘째, 예비유아교사가 경험한 보육실습 경험은 ‘영유아: 이해하기’, ‘수업: 구성하기’, ‘지도교사: 관계 맺기’, ‘예비유아교사: 변화하기’, ‘기관: 정보 교류하기’에 대한 의미가 있다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 보육실습 인식 및 경험에 대한 현실적인 이해와 효과적인 정보를 제공함으로써 보육실습 기준을 계획하는 데 있어서 실질적인 함의를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions and experiences of pre-service early childhood teachers in teacher education. Method: This study was surveyed This study was conducted to 112 pre-service early childhood teachers. In order to collect the data, descriptive statistics were surveyed through surveys to investigate the awareness of childcare practitioners experiences during the period of childcare practice. Interviews were conducted with pre-service early childhood teachers to find out the qualitative part of the research. Results: First, Child care teacher instructors informed pre-nursery teachers about information about the interests, characteristics, and abilities of individual infants, but rarely showed misconceptions without showing confusion and showing various teaching methods. The types of childcare facilities desired by employment were the highest in the national daycare centers. In order to improve the quality of teaching practice and to improve the teaching effectiveness, it is said that the university has thoroughly received the pre-education and instructed by the instructor of the practical institution. Therefore, in the process of teacher training of the university and the institute, it is necessary to develop a teaching strategy that focuses on actual field instruction, teaching methods, guidance skills, and theories. Second, experience of pre-service early childhood teacher s experience of Early childhood: Understanding , class: Configuring , guidance teacher: Making a relationship , ‘pre-service early childhood teachers: Change’, institution: Exchange information was meaningful. Conclusion: This study proposed a practical implication in planning standards for childcare practice by providing a realistic understanding and effective information on childcare practice awareness and experience.
