초등 예비교사의 창의·인성교육 교수역량 강화를 위한 디자인공예교육의 인식 제고 방안

국문 초록

디자인과 공예는 인간의 삶을 편리하고 윤택하게 위한 것을 목적으로 하기 때문에 실생활과 가장 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있으므로 디자인 공예교육은 미술교육에서도 중요한 위치를 차 지한다. 기존의 디자인공예교육이 단편적인 기능 중심으로 이루어지고 있다고 비판 받고 있 다. 창의?인성교육이 강조되는 시대적 요청에 부응하기 위해 디자인공예교육의 새로운 접근 방안으로 내러티브 구성하기, 포트폴리오 작성하기를 교대생 3학년 2개 반(58명)을 대상으로 1학기 간 적용하였다. 이 방안을 통해서 디자인 공예교육에서 창의?인성지도가 어떻게 가능 한 지를 이해하고, 디자인 공예교육에 대한 인식 제고 변화를 통한 창의?인성 교수 역량을 강화하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 창의·인성교육에 대한 인식이 증가하였다. 둘째, 본 강좌와 창의?인성교육과의 관련성에 대한 인식 조사 결과 창의성 교육, 인성 교육, 창의?인성교육에 대한 인식이 증가하였다. 셋째, 본 강좌를 통한 창의·인성교육 역량 함양 정도 인식에서 창의?인성교육에 대한 신념 및 동기인식, 교사의 자기계발, 창의적 성향 및 인성이 증가하였다. 넷째, 향후 창의·인성교육 관련 강좌의 요구 내용으로 실제 교육현장에서 이루어지고 있는 창의·인성교육 사례와 창의성 교육방법의 제안에 가장 높은 응답을 보여 예 비 교사교육에 시사점을 주고 있다.

영문 초록

Design-Craft education takes an important position in art education since design and craft are closely connected to real life for the convenience of human lives. However, Design-Craft education has been criticized for teaching only technical aspects of skills. Nowadays narratives and process are required to overcome the previous approach to Design-Craft education. Narratives make students understand themselves and realize real life issues. Narratives help students explain their relationship with others and their surroundings. This study seeks for new approach to constructing narratives and portfolios of two junior classes(58 preservice teachers) for one semester. The purpose of instructional strategies is to understand creativity·character education and to enhance teaching competency. The result of the study is as follows. First, the preservice teachers could raise the awareness about Design-Craft education. Second, the preservice teachers could raise the awareness of creativity education, character education, and creativity·character education according to the survey result. Third, the study reports increasing beliefs, motivation, self-improvement, creative disposition and character among the participants. Fourth, the increasing needs of the participants in terms of the related courses in this study have an implication for creativity·character education in the preservice education.
