국문 초록

청화백자(靑畵白磁)는 15세기부터 명대의 대표적인 도자기로서 청대에 이르기까지 종류와 용도가 다양하고 발전하여 유럽을 비롯한 세계 각국에 수출되고 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구에서는 15~17세기 동안 중국 명나라의 청화백자 주기와 조선에 청화백자가 유입되어 주기에 나타난 모습을 비교, 분석, 연구함을 목적으로 하고 연구 방법으로 청화백자 주기의 이론적 고찰을 문헌을 통해 주기의 종류와 형태, 문양, 회화, 청화 안료의 색상 등으로 구분 비교하여 이론적 체계를 완성하였다. 조선과 명대에서의 청화백자 주기는 당시에도 중요한 위치를 차지하고 제례 및 의식 행사에 많이 사용하였으나, 현재 학계에서는 조선 및 명대 청화백자 주기에 관한 연구가 매우 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그래서 본 연구에서 연구 내용과 결과를 제시하여 도자 분야의 학술적 발전에 이바지하고 동시에 주기 연구의 중요한 자료가 되어 새로운 주기 제작에 활용되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

Blue and white porcelain is a representative porcelain from the 15th century to the Ming Dynasty. After the Qing Dynasty, there were many kinds and uses. It has been exported to Europe and other countries around the world. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the appearance of the Chinese blue-and-white porcelain drinking vessel in the 15th to 17th century and the appearance of the blue-and-white porcelain drinking vessel after it was introduced into Korea. The comparative study mainly focused on types, patterns, paintings, and colors of the blue-and-white porcelain drinking vessel to improve the theoretical system, through the theoretical investigation of the literature. The blue-and-white porcelain drinking vessel of Joseon and Ming Dynasties were also very important in that era and were often used in sacrifice and ritual activities. However, the research on the blue and white porcelain drinking vessel of Joseon and Ming Dynasties is very insufficient. Therefore, it is hoped that the research content and results of this study will contribute to the academic development in the field of ceramics, and at the same time become important data for the cycle study for the production of the new drinking vessel.
