국문 초록

컴퓨터 애플리케이션의 사용성을 평가하는데 사용되는 평가 방법은 오랫동안 HCI 연구의 필수 요소였다. 최근에는 스마트 폰 등의 모바일 기기가 널리 보급됨에 따라 모바일 앱의 사용성을 평가하고 품질을 개선하기 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 모바일 앱은 일반 애플리케이션에 비하여 기획 및 개발 기간이 짧은 만큼 빠르고 쉽게 사용성을 평가할 필요가 있다. 사용성을 평가하는 것은 모바일 앱이 정확하고 유용하며 채택 가능한 애플리케이션인지 확인하는 것이며, 모바일 앱의 사용성 문제를 도출하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 앱의 개발 단계에서 활용 가능한 사용성 평가 방법을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 실제로 사용 중인 모바일 앱을 대상으로 전문가가 참여하는 휴리스틱 평가 방법을 수행하였다. 사용성 평가 결과 주요 사용성 문제점이 도출되었다. 이 논문의 연구는 모바일 앱의 사용 목적, 직면한 문제점 및 모바일 앱의 사용성 평가를 측정하는 것이다.

영문 초록

Evaluation methods used to assess the usability of computer applications have long been an integral aspect of HCI research. Recently, as mobile devices such as smart phones have become widespread, various attempts have been made to evaluate and improve the usability of mobile Apps. Mobile Apps need to evaluate usability quickly and easily, as they have shorter planning and development time than general applications. Evaluating usability is to determine whether a mobile App is accurate, useful, and acceptable, and to address the usability issue of a mobile App. In this paper, we conducted usability evaluation method that can be used in the development stage of mobile App. To do this, we conducted a heuristic evaluation method involving experts on mobile Apps in actual use. The usability test resulted in major usability problems. The study of this paper is to measure the purpose of the mobile App, the problems it faces, and the usability evaluation of the mobile App.
