간호대학생의 학습유형과 자기조절학습능력 정도에 따른 학습지속의향 비교

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학습유형을 분류하고, 자기조절 학습능력 정도에 따른 학습지속의향 정도를 확인하여 자기조절학습능력의 영역별 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 자료수집은 K시 2개의 간호학과 2학년 244명을 대상으로 2017년 3월 6일부터 3월 31일까지 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 χ2-test, t-test, Pearson s correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 연구대상자의 학습유형은 확산형이 64.8%로 가장 많았고, 동화형 18.4%, 적용형 15.6%, 수렴형 1.2% 순이었다. 학습유형과 자기조절학습능력 및 학습지속의향 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 자기조절학습능력과 학습지속의향 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있었고(r=.24, p=<.001), 하위요인인 동기조절(r=.23, p=<.001), 인지조절(r=.17, p=.008), 행동조절(r=.20, p=.002) 모두에서 학습지속의향과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 자기조절학습능력이 높은 군과 낮은 군 간의 학습지속의향을 비교해본 결과 동기조절에서는 자기효능감(t=2.14, p=.034)과 내재적 가치(t=5.05, p<.001), 인지조절에서는 인지전략(t=1.99, p=.048), 시연과 기억(t=3.26, p=.001), 점검(t=3.26, p=.001), 행동조절에서는 노력조절(t=2.91, p=.004), 시간과 공부조절(t=2.26, p=.025), 조력추구(t=2.11, p=.036), 공부환경조절(t=2.68, p=.008)을 잘하는 군이 학습지속의향이 유의하게 높았다. 학습자의 학습유형을 알아보고 학습자가 선호하는 학습전략 개발을 통하여 자기조절학습능력과 학습지속의향을 증진시킬 수 있도록 해야 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to examine the learning styles and to determine the level of self-regulated learning ability of each group, to find the correlation between learning styles, self-regulated learning ability and learning persistence. And, this study is to provide basic data of educational programs that can improve self-regulated learning ability. The study subjects were 244 second grade students attending nursing college students in K city. The survey was conducted from March 6st to 31th, 2017. SPSS/WIN 21.0 with χ2-test and t-test, pearson s correlation coefficient is used to analyze the data. As a result, the learning styles of the study subjects were 64.8% for Diverging, 18.4% for Assimilating, 1.2% for Converting and 15.6% for Accommodating. There was a significant correlation between self-regulated learning ability and learning persistence. Self-efficacy and intrinsic value of motivation control showed higher learning persistence. Learning strategies, demonstration and memory, and checking of cognitive control was showed higher learning persistence. Behavioral control showed statistically significant differences in learning persistence among control effort, control study time, seek help, and control the learning environmen. We need to identify learners learning styles and develop self-regulated learning ability and learning persistence through developing a learning strategy of their preference.
