대학생의 스마트폰 중독적 사용 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 증가하는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독 치료와 예방 프로그램 개발을 위해 시도하였다. 그러므로 중독 치료와 예방을 위한 자료 수집을 위해 스마트폰 중독과 관련된 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 기존의 양적연구가 아닌 현상학에 따른 기법을 적용한 질적 연구를 실시함으로 스마트폰 중독의 요인을 분석하는 것에 연구의 의의를 두었다. K도 K시에 위치한 D대학교 재학생 중에서 특별히 신입생을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 2017년 3월 7일~17일까지 스마트폰중독 자가척도에서 50점 이상을 받은 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 연구 참여자 8명을 선정하였다. 2017년 3월 21일~4월 10일까지 연구참여자들과의 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 그 후에 면담 내용에 대한 전사 작업을 하였다. 전사한 내용에서 스마트폰 중독과 관련된 다양한 진술을 토대로 4개의 주요 개념을 제시하였다. 그 결과는 스마트폰 중독 인식, 스마트폰 중독 때문에 일상에서 다양한 문제의 경험, 문제가 되는 것을 알면서도 스마트폰을 줄이지 못하는 이유, 스마트폰 중독 해결의 곤란이다. 이러한 4개의 주요 개념을 제시하면서 그와 관련된 제언을 한 후, 연구의 후속방향에 대해서도 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study, is a develop a program for a treatment and prevention of a college student’s addiction to Smart phone, which is steadily increasing. To the end, this study intended to grasp the factors related to addiction of Smart phone to collect the data for a curative treatment and prevention to Smart phone. This study put its significance in the analysis of Smartphone addiction factors by doing a qualitative research through the application of the technique consequent on phenomenology other than the existing quantitative research. This study proceeded with the research specially targeting new students among the enrolled students at D University located in K city, K Province. Then, this study selected 8 participants in the research work targeting the freshmen who received more than 50 points in Smartphone addiction self-scale from March 7 to 17, 2017. Next, this study conducted individual interviews with the research participants from March 21 ~April 10, 2017. Afterwards, this study did transcription work on the interview contents. This study deducted and presented 4 major concepts on the basis of diverse statements related to addiction to Smartphone among the transcribed contents. The 4 major concepts include perception of addiction to Smartphone, experience of diverse problems in a daily life due to the addiction to Smartphone, reasons for the failure to reduce the use of Smartphone despite the perception of troublesome Smartphone, and difficulty in finding a solution to addiction to Smartphone. This study presented also the direction of follow-up researches while putting fortward these four major concepts.
