일 간호 대학생들의 노인 성 태도 관련요인

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 일 간호 대학생들의 노인 이미지와 노인 성 지식, 노인 성 태도 정도를 확인하고, 노인 성 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 2017년 5월 15일부터 5월 31일까지 일개지자체에 소재한 간호 대학생 149명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0으로 t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe’s test, multiple regression으로 하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 유의한 결과를 살펴보면 연령, 학년, 노인의 이성교제, 노인의 재혼이었다. 노인의 성 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 노인 성 지식과 연령, 이성교제 순으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인의 노인 성 태도에 대한 설명력은 32%였다. 결론: 대상자의 노인 성 지식이 높을수록 노인 성 태도가 허용적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 간호 대학생들이 노인 성지식을 보다 쉽게 학습하여 노인 성 태도를 향상시키는 교육프로그램 개발과 교육의 기회가 확대되어야 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was to identify the elderly image, sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes of the elderly in a nursing students and to identify the factors influencing sexual attitudes of the elderly. Methods: This study was to descriptive research 149 nursing college students in a one local from May 15 to May 31, 2017 and the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test, and multiple regression using SPSS 22.0. Results: The results of the general characteristics of the subjects were age, grade, dating, remarried of the elderly. The factors influencing the sexual attitudes of elderly people were sexual knowledge of the elderly, age, dating and explanatory power of these variables were 32%. Conclusion: The higher the sexual knowledge about the elderly, the more acceptable the sexual attitudes of the elderly. Based on these results, it is necessary for nursing students to learn the knowledge of the elderly more easily and to expand the education program development and education opportunities to improve the attitude of the elderly.
