경호 전공 교육과정의 실무 연계성 강화 방안 - 현장 실무자 평가를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 경호 전공 교육과정의 실무 연계성을 진단하고 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과, 현행 교육과 정의 실무 적합성과 현장 활용도는 보통 수준으로 평가되었으나, 현장 활용도의 경우 부적합하다는 평가가 12%를 차지하였다. 특히 교육과정과 실무 간의 격차에서는 보통 수준이라는 의견이 48%, 격차가 크다는 의견이 32%로 나타나 실무교육의 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 경호 전공 교육과정의 실무 연계성 강화를 위해 요구되는 핵심역량으로는 정신적 역량, 의사소통역 량, 위기대응역량 등이 도출되었으며, 이를 위한 교수법으로는 현장실습, 자격증 취득 관련 특강, 팀프로젝트 등을 제시하였다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 경호 전공 교육과정의 개선방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실무 역량 중심의 교육과정 운영이 필요 하며, 이를 위해 산학협력 체계 구축을 통한 현장실습 기회 및 인턴십 프로그램 등을 확대해야 한다. 둘째, 산학협력 체계 구축 을 통해 실무자 참여형 팀티칭 제도를 도입하고, 현장 전문가 특강을 정례화해야 한다. 셋째, 정신적 역량, 의사소통능력, 위기대 응능력 등 핵심역량 강화를 위한 특성화 프로그램이 도입되어야 한다. 넷째, 전문자격제도와의 연계를 강화하고 취업 지원체계 를 구축해야 한다. 이러한 개선방안들의 실효성 있는 추진을 위해서는 대학의 자체 노력과 함께 산업체와의 지속적인 협력이 필 수적이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the practical relevance of the security service major curriculum and develop improvement measures. According to the research findings, while the practical suitability and field applicability of the current curriculum were evaluated as moderate, 12% of the evaluations indicated inadequate field applicability. In particular, regarding the gap between curriculum and practical work, 48% reported a moderate level, while 32% indicated a significant gap, demonstrating an urgent need for improving practical education. The study identified mental capacity, communication skills, and crisis response capabilities as core competencies required for enhancing practical connectivity, with field training, qualification-related special lectures, and team projects suggested as effective teaching methods. Based on this analysis, this study suggests the following improvement measures. First, a practical competency-based curriculum is necessary, requiring expanded field training and internship programs, along with the introduction of a team-teaching system involving field practitioners. Second, an industry-academia cooperation system should be established to expand field training opportunities and regularize special lectures by field experts. Third, specialized programs should be introduced to strengthen core competencies, including mental capacity, communication skills, and crisis response abilities. Fourth, connections with professional qualification systems should be strengthened, and an employment support system should be established. The effective implementation of these improvement measures requires both independent efforts from educational institutions and continuous cooperation with industry.
