국문 초록

이 연구에서는 기술을 기반으로 한 성폭력 피해 영상물에 대한 유포불안이 범죄예방행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였 다. 설문조사를 통해 위험인식이 유포불안과 범죄예방행동의 관계에서 가지는 매개적 효과에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 강원, 충 청권 대학생들을 중심으로 설문조사가 진행되었으며, SPSS process macro 통계패키지를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 유포 불안이 범죄예방행동에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았으며, 위험인식이 완전매개함을 알 수 있었다. 통제 변수인 성별과 거주형태는 선행연구와 일부는 일치한 결과를 보였다. 특히 개인의 범죄예방행동은 성별에 따라 다른 결과를 보 였는데, TFSV의 특성상 성별에 상관없이 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고, 여전히 여성에 대한 일방적인 폭력행위임을 알 수 있다. 이 연구는 기존의 연구들과 달리 유포불안이라는 범죄두려움을 다뤘다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the impact of dissemination anxiety regarding Technology-Facilitated Sexual Violence (TFSV) on crime prevention behavior. Through a survey, the study sought to investigate the mediating effect of risk perception in the relationship between dissemination anxiety and crime prevention behavior. The survey was conducted primarily with university students in the Gangwon and Chungcheong regions, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS Process macro statistical package. The results showed that the direct effect of dissemination anxiety on crime prevention behavior was not statistically significant, and risk perception was found to fully mediate the relationship. The control variables, such as gender and living arrangements, showed results that were consistent with some prior studies. In particular, crime prevention behavior varied by gender, and despite the occurrence of TFSV regardless of gender, it was still evident that such violence remains a one-sided act of violence against women. This study is significant because, unlike previous research, it addresses the fear of crime through the concept of dissemination anxiety.
